It is a full vegetarian restaurant in CT Road, Odisha near Sunar Gwarango Mandir. It has an average restaurant with sufficient sitting places and good food. But it does not serve dosa in the evening. The dosa is good here. It not only serves South Indian food but also North Indian food. It is a Marwari Restaurant. It also has a hotel above it for accomodation. The ambience is also good with patachitra paintings hung on every wall. It is a good suggestion to have meals.

There don't seem to be too many cafes in Puri. I was looking for a place where I can sit down and finish some work for a few hours near the railway station. This seemed to be the most relevant according to Maps. It was a nice clean Vegetarian restaurant, the AC was a blessing in the heat. I had a veg thali, their paneer butter masala is their specialty. Lassi was good too and all In all it wasn't too expensive.

A really nice sattvic restaurant. I had many meals her while staying at the hotel and they where all very tasty with the feel of freshness which is always a real pluss. The staff where also friendly. Will be back the next time I am in Puri and can definitly recommend the Lotus hotel.
